Meet Sid
Sid is our US Sales Director based in Austin, TX. He joined Cambri 2.5 years ago as a BDR in London before stepping into an Account Executive role. Since then, he’s been promoted to lead our US expansion, opening our first US office. Sid now manages our BDR team.

💻 What are your responsibilities at Cambri?
As an Account Executive and Director of US sales operations at Cambri, I drive regional growth by building strong client relationships and closing deals that help businesses get the most from our market research tools. I lead a team of three Business Development Representatives—setting targets, coaching their development, and ensuring we deliver exceptional client experiences together. I also oversee partnerships with key global accounts, including Nestlé and Coca-Cola.

⌚ What does your day-to-day look like?
My day-to-day is a balance of strategic planning and hands-on execution. I meet with clients to understand their objectives, collaborate with my team to refine sales strategies, and develop tailored proposals and presentations. I also work closely with our BDRs, providing guidance and ensuring consistent pipeline progress. Each day brings new challenges and opportunities, keeping the work dynamic and rewarding.

🎉 What's been your favourite project so far?
One of my favorite projects was closing the largest software deal in Cambri’s history—a 15-month journey that pushed us to innovate and refine how we evaluate opportunities. Working closely with the client to truly understand their needs and shape a solution that fit was both challenging and incredibly fulfilling. We're the only provider that objectively analyses our accuracy, building confidence in our methodologywith partners and clients. Seeing the positive impact on their business—and how it led us to adopt that same approach for all major acquisitions—was a proud moment for me and the team.

I’m passionate about turning insights into impact—helping clients uncover the data-driven stories that drive their success. I love how our tools transform complex research into clear, actionable decisions that shape real business outcomes. Equally rewarding is mentoring my team—seeing their confidence grow and their wins stack up is one of the best parts of my job.

What would be your advice for a successful career in Sales?
My advice is to stay curious and open to learning. Market research is always evolving, so embracing new ideas and being adaptable is key. Also, build genuine relationships—with both clients & colleagues.
Finally, don’t be afraid to push hard towards your goals. The worst that can happen is someone says no! -
