📝 What is the role of a Junior Insight Manager?
I first joined Cambri during my studies in a part-time role within the Insight team (Managed Services) and was offered a full-time position when I graduated last summer.
Today, I lead my own client projects—guiding product and portfolio decisions—while conducting market research and delivering insight-driven recommendations on pricing, assortment, and new product launches encompassing packaging, ads and brand health,e.g. “What is the optimal price for our offering?”, “Which flavors should we include in our portfolio?”, “Should we launch this new product or not?”

⏱ What does your day-to-day look like?
My days are a blend of client communication, collaboration, and hands-on insight work. Having started in a part-time role myself, I now often guide and delegate tasks to our student team while also scripting surveys, analysing results, and discussing projects with clients and colleagues. No two days are the same—each project brings fresh challenges and opportunities to uncover meaningful insights.

⭐ What's been your favourite project so far?
I’m especially drawn to projects where we test creative ideas for brands I genuinely use—whether it’s shaping the next wave of functional protein drinks or refining the packaging of everyday favourites like coffee or beer.
What I find most interesting is the psychology behind it all - understanding what makes something click. For me, it comes down to clarity—cutting through the noise with simple, intuitive messages that resonate in a world full of choices.
-
🔥 What are you passionate about at work?
A strong source of motivation for me is how closely Cambri’s mission—helping companies make smarter product decisions and reduce unnecessary waste—aligns with the impact I want to have through my work.
It feels really rewarding to know that what we do shapes real product outcomes while contributing to more thoughtful, sustainable choices.
I’m also genuinely interested in consumer psychology and the continuous learning that comes with it, most recently developing my communication and influencing skills through a course I had the opportunity to take at Cambri.

☝️What advice would you give to someone looking to get into Managed Services?
If you’re curious about how brands make decisions and driven to understand the “why” behind consumer behaviour, Managed Services is a great fit—it sits at the intersection of business, psychology, and creativity, with every project offering something new to explore.
